I havent read the book but I agree with what you said. Happiness is somehow a decision, too: how you live everyday, how you make decisions, or how you deal with things. It helps a lot to be clear and see things differently. I hope all is well. Hi from Manila.

A New Guide to Rational Living by Albert Ellis and Robert Harper
This book was recommended to me by a person who clearly saw my need to read it. In honor of a very good Wednesday, it created a freedom for me from my owm mental ensnarement. Written first in 1961, the concept is timeless. I love this book.
