		<description>&lt;p&gt;You are absolutely right as far as the concern over global warming is more in developing nations. Also your reason is 100% correct; its the Asians feeling the effects of global warming not the west.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But,still leaving apart the awareness among the people, the government seems to be very active in developed nation than the developing nation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hail from India, I m pretty sure that our governments have much bigger concerns at hand than to act on global warming.&lt;br /&gt;
The people may be concerned through media and newspaper, but no one is ready to fight it, no one had a clue how to fight it.&lt;/p&gt;
