		<description>You make some very good points and I appreciate the examples you use to illustrate.  Like most good, well-researched theories, there are always exceptions.  I do not believe that Maslow ever posed his theory as an absolute, but it is a very reliable theory when applied to the most.  Your post has inspired me to look for more exceptions rather than to assume that the rule applies to the clients I work with.  Thanks!</description>
